Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Projects are typically broken into four 25% payments. The first payment is due upon signing, and the remaining payments are due every 2 weeks.
We build on Showit, in combination with WordPress for blog websites. If you're looking for an e-commerce website (built on Shopify), or a different platform entirely, please reach out for a custom quote!
For any project, before the actual project timeline starts, we'll send you the questionnaire to complete. As required, we need all images, copy, website/domain access, etc., before project commencement. We'll meet for the 1:1 strategy session about 1 week before the start date and send you the Brand Discovery moodboard for approval soon after.
Brand Design
We start designing on day 1 and require feedback by day 2. Day 2-5, we refine. Day 6-9, we finalize the brand design and work on the social media templates, Day 10 hand over the brand deliverables.
Web Design & Development
As long as the content is ready, we start with the homepage design on day 1 and complete the rest of the internal site pages Days 2-4, giving us a full site by Day 5 ready for launch. Within a week you'll receive training for your site.
We are not responsible for any delays on the client's part (e.i. delayed responses, delayed assets, changes in project scope.)
Looking for an eCommerce website, podcast cover art, or more?! We offer a few custom projects per quarter. Please contact me for details to create a package to suit your budget and needs.
Now! As quick as our packages are, strategic design work still takes time, and there is the contract, payment, and questionnaire we still have to deal with first! I typically book out about 1 months in advance, but sometimes sooner for the smaller packages.
